Q, I want my own image making, can you do this?

A, Of course, you can go to the 'Custom Design' section or use the "Contact Us" page which tells you how to get in touch with your requirements.

Q, Can I buy large (bulk) quantities from you?

A, We don't just sell large quantities to businesses, so please feel free to go to the Wholesale section and follow the instructions to get in touch, were here to help.


Q, Do you supply enamel badges?

A, Yes, please go to the 'Enamel Badge' section on the home page for more details.


Q, How can i pay?

A, We are happy to accept paypal, postal orders and personal cheques, we will email you our postal details when you have submitted your order on our shopping cart.


Q, Do you ship abroad and how much will it be?

A, Yes, we ship worldwide and postage is £2.17 (upto 10 items), if you are ordering in large amounts or if you require a registered service then we would ask you to get in touch for a postage quote.


Q, How much is postage in the U.K.?

A, SR tries to keep postage costs down so has a standard charge of £1.00 (upto 10 items) which covers the cost of postage and packaging.


Q, I live in the u.k how long will it take for my item to arrive? 

A, We post our items within 3 working days after you have payed for your item. Large orders will be sent recorded (within the u.k) which can sometimes take a little longer than standard mail. 


Q, I live outside the u.k how long will it take my item to arrive?

A, Our items are shipped within 3 days so it should take between 7-10 days to arrive to you.


Q, I have ordered the wrong item can i exchange it?

A, Yes you can, we would ask you to send the wrong item(s) back within 7 days of purchase unused and in a saleable condition.


Q, My item is faulty can i have a refund?

A, Our policy is to always refund or exchange faulty or broken items purchased from us. We would ask you to send us the item(s) back and we will offer you a refund (minus our standard p+p costs) or we'll exchange it for the same item. 


Q, I have a promotional code but don't know where to use it?

A, Once you have selected the item(s) you require, go to checkout and you will see the box to enter your code, make sure you then recalculate the total to receive the discount.
